Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $15 fee.

No-call, no-show appointments also incur a $15 charge.
9. Refund Policy
Fees paid for tax preparation services are non-refundable, as they cover the labor and expertise required to prepare your return.
10. Limitation of Liability
GTax Services is not liable for penalties, interest, or damages arising from:
